I've done ajax with witango, asp.net and php and while i don't really have a best practices for witango specific ajax, the best book by far i found on ajax in general is "Ajax Patterns and Best Practices" that has helped me greatly in all 3 languages to make robust, functional and stable ajax powered apps.
Since half of ajax is client side javascript (the more difficult part) and the other half is the backend that generates data (the easy part that we all have experience with just about) the book really helps alot since it doesnt have to assume you are using one language or the other on the back end. http://www.amazon.com/Ajax-Patterns-Practices-Experts-Voice/dp/1590596161/sr=8-1/qid=1171997416/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/102-5420725-0254521?ie=UTF8&s=books On 2/20/07, Bill Downall <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Does anyone have any shareable class files or tafs or techniques for integrating an AJAX framework with Witango and Witango data sources? For example a Witango implementation with Backbase or OAT? I'd sure love a Scott Cadillac seminar on the topic as a quick start. Or I could re-invent a wheel, but I wouldn't know what shape to start with. Pyramid? Cube?
