Thank you Bill and Dale, you flatter me :-) I have built several Ajax style/Witango applications over the years, but unfortunately they're all proprietary implementations so don't have any direct code to share.
I'd love to get together with everyone again sometime, but who knows when that might happen, eh? There are many great ajax frameworks out there ( http://www.ajaxian.com/resources/ ), and two words of advice I have about them is to choose one that is as "light weight" as possible. Or roll your own like I have.
