What is in @@resultSet immediately after the external action? Also, you might want to append " 2>&1" to the command, so you can see stderr.

I'm trying to use it to call xcopy to copy a directory of generic website files into a new directory as part of creating a new site. I can run the command from the command window (when logged in as the 'witango' service account) and it works just fine, but when calling it through an external action nothing happens. The command is something like: xcopy /i /s /e D:\Inetpub\sourcedir D:\Inetpub\newDir Any ideas on why it would be failing to work? Thanks, Jason ----- Jason Pamental Director of Web Services North Sails Office: 401.643.1415 Fax: 401.643.1420 Mobile: 401.743.4406 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ________________________________________________________________________ TO UNSUBSCRIBE: Go to http://www.witango.com/developer/maillist.taf ________________________________________________________________________ TO UNSUBSCRIBE: Go to http://www.witango.com/developer/maillist.taf
