Actually I have tried that. But I also need to replace the & in the URLs with %26, otherwise when I pass the replaced URL it will be truncated at the first &.

I got that to work somehow, but there are also other normal & within the block of text and they also got replaced by %26.....and I don't know how to avoid that.
