We use Joomla and Wordpress a lot. I would like to see a Witango CMS
with web publishing/marketing features similar to CMSInfusion which I
also personally use. I have some input that I'd be happy to provide.
But I'm not sure if my modules would be too helpful since they have
all been created in Tango 2000 (this is because I've haven't been
able to successfully [read... after the first 3 attempts haven't been
willing to waste heaps of my time to] install my Witango 5 studio &
app server for OSX and With P/L don't seem to help out with swapping
licenses from one platform to another ).
While I'd love a Witango CMS, since I can see that there is a real
market out there for a really easy to setup and use open CMS, the
problem, is since moving to open source, I'm not too excited about
developing something which requires an expensive app server to run -
sort of reduces the wide appeal of it. I guess if it is created as a
JSP app that'd be OK, but I think it as a Witango app it has a
limited usefulness and future. I haven't any experience with
converting Witango apps to JSP so I don't know whether that's a
viable option for an open source project.

Is there a Witango Solution that does the same things?
Anyone had experience with Drupal or a Witango CMS?
We use Joomla and find it great for those clients that want to do a
LOT of
static page changes. Similar to Drupal, it's PHP-based and allows
for some
customization. There are a lot of templates for the look and a lot of
modules for things like catalogs, calendars, etc.
Surely there are Witango CMS systems? :D
