Hm, check out the tcf,which handles all requests with checkpath and makepath.sh

The shell script is a simple:

#!/bin/sh

mkdir $path

And the action is an External with:
Command <@INCLUDE FILE='filepath.txt'>wc_Admin/makefolder.sh
Environment Variables:
Path <@INCLUDE FILE='filepath.txt'>affiliates/<@ARG virtualdomain>

Oh and filepath.txt contains:
/Applications/Kerio WebSTAR/Webserver/DefaultSite2/~wineclubs/
