So, really they've only been back at it for 2 months. On top of it they were battling some legal issues with making it open-sourced and other bits of code. So, I'm guessing the if the lawyers were back at work 2 months ago, it may take some time to prepare and finally get a motion. I'm in the same boat and would like to hear something soon, but knowing how slow the wheel of justice turns, I doubt it will be in the near future.
