Yes, I believe so. Although I didn't need to set mine up like that since I don't typically call non-.taf files through Witango.
I believe that the instruction under that box is either misleading or incorrect. Having individual entries would match the configuration method in previous versions of IIS, so I suspect that is what's needed here.
