Using the instructions helped dramatically.  I made a couple of simple changes 
in the instructions as it was really easy to gloss over a step that will bite 
you if not followed.

Now I have a different issue-

I believe there is an issue with the JDBC driver not loading.

Both of these errors are making me look for the JDBC being turned off 
somewhere.  It's good to go in FMSA 11  The Dev studio found it just fine and 
built the TAF without issue.

So I have something right in front of me and just can't see it.

The witangoevents log says-
