This is a brief report for WEBTRANS:

Chairs: With the sad news of our co-chair and good friend Bernard Aboba's
passing, and David Schinazi stepping down as chair, we will have two new
chairs incoming at IETF 122: Nidhi Jaju and Lucas Pardue.

We've made some progress on our three main deliverables (The WebTransport
overview and protocol versions over HTTP/2 and HTTP/3) since the last IETF.
The most significant issue discussed at previous meetings was that of flow
control in WebTransport, for which we have a proposed path forward. After
resolving a few other small issues, including negotiation of flow control
and subprotocol negotiation, we'll cut new draft versions and expect those
to become a new interop target. Once we have implementation experience,
we'll incorporate implementer feedback into the documents and expect WGLC
to be around the corner.

Cheers,
Nidhi as WEBTRANS co-chair
