Thanks for replying.  I believe it is deployed properly.  I'm not seeing any
404 errors on the console anymore and I double checked against the install
notes.

The Ext version 2.0.2 I downloaded didn't have all the files that the
ExtKitchen app needed (I was getting 404s).  I had to hunt around with a
file search to find them buried in some of the Ext sample apps and put them
in the correct location (images only - not javascript).

Is there a log someplace or is the console window the only place to look for
output?
