Craig,

A few more things that could cause your white screen:
- clear your  browser cache and try again
- verify that 'progressive-booststrap' in /etc/wt_config.xml
(c:/witty/wtconfig.xml on windows) is set to 'false' (we had a few Wt
releases where this was by accident set to true by default)
