So I tried to see what is the difference with Wt -- but Chrome also
triggers the unload event for me (e.g. using the hello world example).

I tried with these Chrome versions and it all works:
  Chrome 7.0.517.41 beta (Mac)
  Chrome 7.0.517.41 (Linux)
  Chrome 6.0.472.63 (Windows)

But Safari on Mac for example doesn't work properly.

Regards,
koen
