Personally I can be only sure for Wt.
In the fullness of time we was making a choise of library for the WEB front
end
of our new project (search engine). We intuitively have selected Wt because
have
seen in this library huge perspectives and qualitative design. And we
haven't regretted.

Please note, that (J)Wt is not framework. Its just a library. This means
that
there is no need for new conventions which imply behavior or requirements
for organizing your source code.
