Hey guys!
Why do you have to use a web hosting in your country? :-) I mean, the
truth is , unless you're dealing drugs in huge quantities or distributing
child pornography, no one would ever harass you for anything.
Of course, Exception to that rule are gambling/betting sites, but only if
you're dumb enough to try to host those kind of websites in your country
:P
hetzner.de has hosting for 7 euros per month, and bluemilecloud.com for
something similar as well :P
Btw, offtopic , but I think that witty should get a MySQL support :P
