Hi all,
I've recently hit this bug with the xml custom actions. You can read more

It is marked fixed and closed 2006-11-22 20:39. I'm still hitting this
problem in an install, is it possible this change wasn't included in the
latest releases? I checked the release notes for 2.0.4820.0 and there is no
mention of this bug number.
