How do I reopen a bug? I looked at sourceforge and it appears I might need
to recreate it as I don't think I have the necessary privileges to reopen
this.

It's fixed but only in v3. You can reopen the bug and put it in the v2.0
group but I'm not sure it meets the bar fo v2 at this point.
