I just came upon an issue in a bootstrap program. Maybe you guys are on top of 
this already (and maybe even added the note to the MSDN docs!) but anyone 
testing for the _MSIExecute mutex on Vista and up must prefix it with Global\ 
because of the service/session isolation.  It looks like this should have 
always been used anyway to head off similar issues with Remote Desktop (which 
looks like a Terminal Services local session).
