A common request in the mail list seems to be the lack of support for
harvesting a registry file in the same way that tallow did. I think I
can add this to heat fairly easily because most of the code for
generating the fragment is already in heat. My question is would this be
accepted in to the main WiX 3 code base or should I write it as an
extension and publish if via my blog or some other means?
