It's part of every edition of VS2012, including Express. But not for
VS2010. If we want to support that, we'd have to find frameworks for
both unit tests and integration tests.
I seem to remember reading that VS2012 supports building VC++ projects
without VS but searching briefly this morning I can't find it.
It's not supported, though it's easy enough to install the naked .msi
packages from the VS bundle, if you happen to know which ones are needed.
