I would like to propose the following changes to the RtfLicense and
HyperlinkLicense UIs in WiX:
1. Resize the dialogs so they are the same size as the standard WiX MSI
UIs.
2. Change the RtfLicense license textbox so that doesn't have the odd 3D
surround and is flat.
3. Add welcome title and text to HyperlinkLicense.
4. Add optional version number to HyperlinkLicense.
