Usage questions should go to wix-users instead of wix-devs, but here's a short
answer: IIRC, WiX supports new versions of VS right after they ship RTM, so
there is no current support for VS 2013. However, I would assume that
msbuild-ing the projects should still work. Give it a try and let us know what
happens.
