Did you get a login prompt when trying to add a comment? If so, if you
have a chance, can you bring up debug tools (F12 on most browsers) and
capture the HTTP request when you click the "Save" button. I'd love to know
the exact error your getting from the server (yes, it'd also be very nice
if the error message on the website actually provided some detail...)
My assumption in the bug was that the opener knew that part already from
this: "Can WiX and/or MSI be updated to do what Windows 8 does...use a
control that uses WIC to display the installer bitmaps/images?"
