If the links are to external pages (or to the wrong page within the
documentation), enlist in the appropriate branch (wix38 for wix3.x or master
for wix4.x), go to the src\chm\documents, locate the document containing the
faulty link and fix it. Build the documentation (instructions are in the chm)
and submit/request pull.
If the links to other pages within the documentation cause 404 errors because
there is a "~" in the URL, there's a process in the wixweb branch that converts
the documentation that is not (correctly?) adjusting the intra-site links (see
the documentation-related tools in the wix38 branch for an idea what needs to
be done) that needs to be fixed.
