Well, ideally I could always use official builds.  I would consider building it 
myself with my own key one step away from an official build, and building it 
myself without the strong naming two steps away.  Since I would want to be as 
close as possible to an official build, I wouldn't do it even if it works and 
is a simple post-build command.
