I have been working on improving the documentation for Burn.  I just
submitted a pull request that makes the Burn documentation in the CHM a
little cleaner, and corrects a couple of errors.

I also created a WIP for the design of Burn in my
branch<https://github.com/rseanhall/site/blob/wipburn/root/src/documents/development/wips/0000-wix-burn-requirements.html.md>,
but I don't know how to label it.  It doesn't have an issue in the bug
tracker, and it's not a new process or a feature.  How do you want to
handle that?  Once I get a pull request for this, I don't really want it
merged until you guys fact check it.

Once the WIP is merged, I was thinking about getting rid of the Bundle
section in the CHM.  The Bundle examples would move under How To, and then
the rest would be moved to Tools and Concepts with some new content from
the WIP.  Thoughts?
