And you can always construct a normal MSI dialog and use a SpawnDialog control event to show it.
But that won't work for a standard uninstall because ARP runs the uninstall in basic UI mode. One approach is to use ARPNOREMOVE to force ARP to run maintenance mode for any uninstall.
