Hi Charly, What about the order when the user customized his "Start menu"? (i.e. by disabling the option "Enable dragging and Dropping" or by Sorting the menu (which isn't an option if you have the previous option disabled...))
I could imagine that Windows is only looking for this Reg key when the start menu option "Enable dragging and Dropping" is enabled.
