You probably don't want to do that; this user exists only for the
purposes of this software, so if this software is uninstalled, the
user should be deleted as well.

Since I can't look at the documentation for these nodes, I can't be
certain of how these values are interpeted. However, referring to a
the Administrators group by its name and not its well-known SID is
going to fail on non-English distributions of Windows.
