A useful short-term workaround would be to add a sid="" attribute that
lets you specify the well-known SID in standard text form (S-1-0-0-5-6
or whatever) so that you could avoid the whole localization problem.
This will only work for "well known" groups and users, not things like
the users created by IIS.
