Server 2008 is x64 only (unless you're using an Itanium system which is rather unlikely). Try looking in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Installer XML v3\bin\

I think I read some documentation that WiX was included in the OS with Windows Server 2008, but I can't be sure as I have scoured so much material for an answer that I may have dreamed it :). It isn't anywhere that I can find, however. Can you please help me? I've spent way too long on this and am behind schedule.
