I did yet another clean drop. The first message is that is a prerequisite dialog box stating that the Votive toolkit couldn't be installed because VS 2005 / 2008 is not located on the machine. (By design). I just reinstalled and they have appeared in the designated folder, go figure. Must've been a bad drop. Sorry.

The WiX toolset is not built into the operating system but is compatible with everything from Windows XP and up.
