I have one machine where both setup.exe and the .msi files are being
generated whenever a Build/Rebuild action is invoked on a WiX installer
project inside VS, but on another machine the same project does not output
the corresponding .exe file. No error is being thrown and I verified that
the required bootstrapper files/packages exist on the machine.
Any idea what else I should check for?
