Make sure you are building the same solution configuration|platform on both machines. My guess is that a different solution configuration|platform is selected (active) on the different machines resulting in a different subset of projects getting built. Perhaps one has the AnyCPU platform selected and the other has Mixed Platforms selected... or something similar.
