Is the service which is running the CI builds using the same user account as you are?

It doesn't work however when our continuous integration (Atlassian Bamboo) server runs the build in the Amazon EC2: light.exe : error LGHT0217 : Error executing ICE action 'ICE01'. The following string format was not expected by the external UI message logger: "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode, or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance.". I have followed the links and modified the instance so that the jscript.dlland vbscript.dll are registered with an Administrator command prompt and have removed the keys in the registry. It is confusing how the build will complete when I am logged into the instance via Remote Desktop but not when it runs remotely via Bamboo. Anybody with any ideas that could push me in the right debugging direction?
