Same here, if it is something I can download from Microsoft (.NET, SQL etc.) I leave it external; if it is ours it is internal. This means the bundle is 300Mb and the external stuff is another 240Mb; typically an update will only require the main setup. The reason for using dark to extract the MSI's was to validate an install problem with one MSI.
