I honestly don't think this is a WiX issue. It's just reporting that the download failed because of ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT. It's like looking for an Internet Explorer solution when a web site isn't working. It could be anything in the network configuration from the machine through proxies, firewalls, and the resulting server. What do you imagine the WiX fix would be if they could change the code somewhere? --------------- Phil Wilson
