Hi, I have a custom action that changes a file once it is installed.
In my custom action, I use a hard-coded path but I don't want to do that. The folder of the installed application is not configurable by the user - it is just the Manufacturer element. Can I get this sort of information passed into my custom action so that - Is there a way that my custom action can know what is the value of the Manufacturer element? Is there a way that my custom action can know if I am installing into Program Files or Program Files (x86).
