Every decent installer comes with command line arguments documentation.
You should ask the supplier or browse their web site for command line
options for silent install / repair / uninstall. It really shouldn't matter
if it was packaged with WinZip or any other tool.

The harder bit is usually determinating the detection condition, where some
research is due.

BTW WinZip self-extractor has the /auto command line switch to silently
unpack and install.
