I personally wish we just have the middle button drag resize. I vote to really think about the applications out there that use control scroll. Inkscape, Gimp, Geany, Openoffice, and many others for me. I say we either look to change the key of take it out. Personally I vote to clean up maximusize and make behaviours like windows' push window to left and right makes window take half of screen and top maximizes it.
