I personally wish we just have the middle button drag resize.  I vote to
really think about the applications out there that use control scroll.
Inkscape, Gimp, Geany, Openoffice, and many others for me.  I say we
either look to change the key of take it out.  Personally I vote to
clean up maximusize and make behaviours like windows' push window to
left and right makes window take half of screen and top maximizes it.
(Discovered them last week on a friends computer.)
