It's pushed to #next now.
But now the space in the "Advanced Options" window is not in
a good shape (especially since this new option ocupies two lines).
We need to either add some scrollbar there -- like Tamas did for
WPrefs in commit 1b666f53e4d0 ("Make WPrefs' Expert panel scrollable"),
or simply increase the size of that (rather small) panel altogether.
