As long as the packages are not orphaned ( a quick look shows they both have a maintainer), they will stay. And if they won't build any more, a bug will be filed against libwmaker0-dev... I see two possibilities: 1) Resurrect the header files and put them into the package 2) Provide patches for fsviewer and wterm, so they don't no longer depend on libwmaker Option 1) is probably easier...
