Hi,
when you move around your windows there is a "resistance" that prevent
you from moving your windows out of screen.
On top: there is a really 'hard' resistance.
On left, right: there is a 'soft' resistance (good for positioning
windows on the border)
On bottom: there is no resistance ( the 'soft' resistance got lost, it's
hard to position a window there)
