By "steal focus" I mean that the application pulls me to it's workspace;
I was using Ubuntu. I've migrated to Debian. My ~home didn't change
much (seperate partition).
Now 'pidgin' no longer appears to steal focus (like I'd described in
this thread's original email).
'iceweasel' does, but I've noticed this:
iceweasel, set to start with it's previous tabs, steals focus.
iceweasel, set to start with a blank page, does not steal focus.
How is it that an application can have any say whatsowever over what
workspace I'm looking at?
