I tried this but still doesn't help.

Even this doesn't help :
FreeCAD.FreeCAD = {
  Icon = "/usr/share/pixmaps/FreeCAD.png";
  AlwaysUserIcon = Yes;
};

nor this:
FreeCAD.FreeCAD = {
  Icon = FreeCAD.png;
  AlwaysUserIcon = Yes;
};

and after I edited WMWindowAttributes I always restarte Window Maker.
