Floating windows are always-on-top, for sticky thing just tag it
with all views you use such windows (actually I doubt it is
useful to have a floating window everywhere in the way, why not
controlling your jukebox in the bar?)
Yes i meant sticky, event though it is always on top too. I already use
the bar to mimic the OSD, i just wanted to report this behaviour.
