This could be gaim, xmms, system-info tools, whatever - maybe even that dock-window (it would not be resized when adding or removing columns then). It will not be useful to anyone, but some users may benefit without having to introduce any special handling or apps. One might use a whatever-wm-dockbar for the dock-apps (if he really wants to) without a lot of work on the wmii side.
