A reader of the local Monterey County Herald today called the paper
obviously pro-Obama for refusing to send a reporter to Kenya to track down
the truth about Obama's birth. Hell, they barely send a reporter to
Salinas.

What is the mecnanism for vetting a chandidate's absolutely required
qualifications (not the more subjective ones like brans, degree of
maverickness). After the election by Congress seems to be a tad late.

Living on the fault line, mea culpa, mea culpa,

I'm unsatisfied with it because I'd like to know who has got

single voter has got standing to sue that's inviting all sorts of frivolous
and stupid attacks from the dingbats who think being liberal is equivalent
to being a traitor or something like that.

I guess electors might have standing or maybe the question of
whether a presidential candidate meets the requirements of office has to be
done by Congress when it counts the electoral votes. I don't suppose there
are any useful precedents from when Horace Greeley tried to run for
President on a combined Liberal Republican/Democrat/Deceased ticket.
