I hear ya here ... I don't think I've ever worked for a paper with a circulation of more than 25K and have done my share of gawdawful hours being constantly small-staffed, but it's like the guy who sweeps up after the elephants at the circus, it's still show biz! Luckily so far only had 401k matching and raises frozen while Lee was restructuring some loans (successfuly, it turns out) ... still ... gotta keep living the dream of being on "Today's Papers."
