Wait a minute.  How does he *know* it's true?  Isn't it more likely
that someone with an axe to grind, say THE FRENCH, made up the story
out of whole cloth?  I mean, once your opponent is on the side of The
Devil, that justifies pretty much anything you do against them,
doesn't it?
